England v Scotland Schools

ESGA Schools Rained Off

Unfortunately the ESGA were not so lucky with the weather when they held their England v Scotland Schools event at the club on 13th September and were rained off in the afternoon.

After playing the foursomes in torrential rain in the morning a decision had to be taken to cancel the singles matches in the afternoon.

The course usually drains rapidly but the photo above showing the amount of water on the course gives an idea of how much rain fell in a short period of time.
