BOOKING A SESSION

1. Using your Trackman app, or web login if using a laptop or tablet, select "Bookings" or "locations" and navigate to Fairhaven GC. Select the Fairhaven GC icon so that the FGC information appears then select "Book" or "Book Now";

• Or Click Here (you will need to log in with your Trackman ID and password);

2. A new screen should open showing you the booking options of:

• 1 Hour £20
• 2 Hour £40
• 30 mins £10
• or 2 hours per month (seed funding membership, might show 3hpm if that is what you bought)

3. Select one of the options and increment the number of members or guests playing with you;

NOTE: This is for information only. If you select only 1 member then you can add more players during your playing session;

4. Selecting "Next" takes you to the time booking screen where you can select a date up to one week ahead then one or more 30 minute time slots between the opening hours;
5. Selecting "Next" takes you to the payment screen where you can pay using a card or seed funding by following the instructions on the screen;

NOTE: If paying by card, then there is a 50p charge per booking added by Trackman, not Fairhaven Golf Club;

6. Once booked, if you want to cancel and receive a refund then you must give at least 48 hours notice (your booking email should give you details about cancellation).
